The personalization features are only available when you have an Enterprise subscription.
Single user & Team subscriptions doesn’t have the personalization features.
Bear in mind that only admins can access these settings.
The settings will apply to all users (normal users + admins)
The features are located under “Settings” in the left navigation bar.
On the Personalization page, there are 4 sections:
- General
- Connection settings
- Labels
- Emails
General
Under the section “General” you can change the default language, the default expiration & your Logo.
Currently, we have only English & Dutch as possible languages.
The expiration timeslot can be defined as never, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month.
As a custom logo, any image (JPG, PNG, ICO) can be uploaded.
There are only 2 restrictions: The image must have a 1:1 ratio (width pixels = height pixels) & the image size must be less than 3 MB.
Connection settings
Under “Connection settings” the default receiver can be set for all users, which aslo can be enforced (so the user cannot change it).
Labels
Under the section “Labels” the title can be adjusted to a desired one.
Emails
Under the section “Emails” the e-mail templates can be viewed and edited.
Don’t forget to press the save button to make the changes permanent for all users.
When a user was logged in while a setting was changed, the user needs to log off & on again before the changes take effect.
